When referring your patients to a specialist, it is helpful to have information at hand to explain what they might expect and how the specialist will work with you to manage their condition.

That’s why we’ve produced this brochure. “Your Rheumatologist” explains in plain language what a Rheumatologist is, how they work with other health professionals and even how long a patient might expect to wait for an appointment. It also points patients to where they might find further information.
