What is a Podcast?

A podcast is simply a video or audio presentation delivered to you over the internet so you can watch it at your convenience.

You subscribe to the podcast, generally for free, and when new episodes are available they are automoatically downloaded to your computer and/or portable device, such as an iPod.

If you have an iPod or iTunes installed you have all you need to subscribe to the podcast of ARA presentations. Simply click the link above and you follow the instructions. From then on any new presentations will automatically be downloaded for you.
