Rheumatology Unit provides excellent training with close supervision. Cases seen are varied and range from inflammatory arthropathies to connective tissue disease as well as soft tissues and regional pain problems. The close relationship with Dermaqtology and Immunology enhances the opportunities and exposure to wider varieties of cases during the weekly meetings. Research conducted in the department is mainly Clinical research with special interest in biologic use in inflammatory arthritis.
